Whitney Houston is no longer here physically with us. I hope to continue to see her in my dreams. It doesn’t happen often. If she were here today, I would give her a shout out on social media and say: “Hey Whitney, when you’re traveling the road again with Pat, swing my way and come see me! I’m not far!” I really wish Whitney were here.

It’s not good to tell everything about yourself. It’s not good to tell everything you do. That can be dangerous. People can invade your private life and sometimes that can get you killed. It seemed the media was so busy watching Whitney’s every move to catch her doing something wrong for the tabloids. It was great to hear something good about Whitney helping someone when it was told, but a gossip world doesn’t hear the good things. They don’t have much to say about what’s good. They want to talk negative when they should be speaking life and uplifting someone like Whitney tried to do.

There are people that think they done and know it all. They put you down in life. But they are nothing. The only something that they are is the fact that God made them like he made you. 👑👑👑

Whitney Houston was tired and wanted to take the time to raise her daughter. In the music business, it seems that you really can’t live the life that you want to live. I believe it’s true what they say when they tell you that you become a product. The business couldn’t have cared because Whitney had to keep going and going. There is always more, more, and more. It’s never enough. Whitney Houston was not some old product. Whitney Houston was a human being. She deserved to take all the time off that she needed after all the great success and making someone else rich as well as herself.

The media talked about Whitney Houston so bad. They made it looked as if Whitney was evil, going insane, and they always said she was on drugs. There were things some of the fans saw with their own eyes. They saw that she was overwhelmed sometimes, but they wanted those autographs. The media made it look and sound like Whitney was so terrible. However, people don’t like to look at things with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. They just want to speak bad about a person.

There wasn’t anything that Whitney Houston could not do. The only time she couldn’t do something is when she just didn’t want to like cooking. But Whitney could do things. I’ve seen her roller blade.
When Whitney married Bobby Brown, he brought some things out of her. Sometimes they would clown together and have fun. That’s when I noticed Whitney could have been a great dancer. She would clown with Bobby in front of the camera. I have seen them.
Singing and dancing can be a hard combination to do. It takes a lot to both sing and dance. Whitney concentrated mostly on singing though she did move around on the stage. She didn’t have to worry about dancing singing slow songs. Sometimes dancing wasn’t needed anyway for Whitney.
As I watched Whitney give tribute to Michael Jackson in video clips, I thought, Where did all of that energy come from? When did she start singing and dancing like Michael? I believe Whitney could have learned to dance. I have seen her try to do the backslide. She knew how it was suppose to be done. Whitney just needed to glide. Dancing is just body movement, and Whitney could move some. She has it in her. I can tell as I watch her in the clips. I can see beyond her can’t do’s and dont’s. Whitney could have been a great dancer.

This is Whitney Houston’s opening night of her tour in Moscow, Russia. She gave tribute to Michael Jackson singing Man in the Mirror. Whitney sounds kind of like Michael singing his song. The crowd loved it. Whitney could throw down when it came to MJ.
Whitney should have been allowed to perform a song with Michael when they were alive. They were both greatly loved and talented. No harm would have been done. A lot of times the music business is just crazy. Michael and Whitney could have worked together on their own in a home studio. People need to learn how to rebel sometimes because nobody is always right. Sometimes you need to test things out and see what might happen or you’ll never know. If the two great stars would have made a flop, it just would have been a flop that’s all. Not the end of their careers. Mike and Whit had nothing to loose. They were already both giant stars.
Watching Whitney give tribute to Michael is proof that she had a whole lot more to give. She wasn’t allowed to go but so far it seemed. She had to sing the kind of songs her producer wanted her to, but Whitney had a lot more within. Nobody tried to bring that part out, but it was there. I can see and recognize it. She had some of Michael’s style.
Whitney Houston had some affect on me. It made me feel good that she grew up in church. It made me feel good to hear her stories how her mom got on her case, because the same stuff was happening to me. I thought people that grew up the way Whitney did couldn’t get a career in singing blues because of how she served God. Then, I learned that her mom was a singer too, and Whitney was blessed to make it. So I always kept my eyes and ears open some when it came to Whitney. I knew she was going to have some frustrations. I kind of understood who Whitney Houston was when she talked about her mom and her upbringing. For some odd reason, I felt like Whitney was my family. I still do.
When it was pronounced that Whitney passed away, I was in a very close relationship with God. My mom had passed away and then we lost another great singer. We had lost MJ, Aaliyah, Selena and then Whitney. The comforter had come to visit me. They were very important to some of us, and I know they were important to God as well. He told me to keep Whitney in my memory.
Today, I still think of Whitney. She was the queen in singing. I think of her as the voice who wears the crown.
People are still thinking and talking about Whitney Houston. Some people have not quite gotten over her death. Some of us try to go on and have happy thoughts and memories of her. However, there is always something there to remind us that something’s is still not quite right. We know Whitney died, but she was doing alright before she died. We’re asking the question, how is she just going to die so suddenly? Some of us didn’t believe she was gone at first. The media said it was drugs, and that there were marks and bruises on her body. They made it sound like Whitney was in such a big fight, and that she had been drinking and partying. But I don’t quite believe all those things being said. Some say she was murdered and that drug dealers were after her. At first, I thought someone might have murdered her the minute I heard the news interrupt a program to pronounce that she was dead. For some reason, Whitney Houston is gone. The problem is Whitney’s death seemed so ironic. There are many of us that will never know what happened, but we know something was not right with Whitney at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Something went down.

Well, as time went on, I had forgotten all about the letter I had sent off in the mail to Whitney. I don’t even remember what I wrote to her. I think I remember writing something about Moses and telling her not to give up. The day I was writing her, I do remember having that part on my mind.
One day I came home from school. When I got home, mom was standing in the doorway with a little tiny smile on her face. Just a tiny one. I knew something was up. She was looking at me and wouldn’t take her eyes off of me. Now that I think about it, she saw herself. She knew what she had in herself and knew about what I would do. I asked mom what was wrong.
She said, “You got a surprise in the mail.” Mom handed me a postcard from Whitney’s fanclub. I don’t remember writing to Whitney’s fanclub, but anyway, I got a postcard. Mom asked, “What’s the matter?”
I said, “Mom, Whitney might not have gotten my letter. How do I know she got it? It probably got into the hands of someone else. She didn’t actually answer me. This is fanclub stuff.”
Mom said, “She might have gotten it. At least you got something. You could have got nothing.”
I held the postcard in my hand for a long time examining what was on the card. I put the card aside and right this very day I don’t know what I did with that postcard. I wish I had the mind then like the mind I have now today lol. Like I said, I didn’t understand.

I think Nafessa Williams should play Whitney Houston, but that’s just my opinion. She looks more like Whitney than Robyn Crawford. However, she was chosen to play Robyn.
That’s one of the quotes by Whitney Houston according to what I see written under some of her photos by the fans. I don’t remember hearing Whitney say those words but whether she did or didn’t, Whitney would often say that quote in so many words.
Whitney said that she wasn’t self-destructive. That she was not a person that wanted to die. That she was a person that had life and wanted to live. And those words always stayed with me. ….
It’s been great hearing Teddy Pendergrass and Whitney Houston. I sure wish they would have done more singing together …
Life is full of drama. It makes you wonder how you’re the actor when you start to feel pain. When the tears are real. Tables begin to turn, and we all have a role to play. Same Script, Different Cast by Whitney Houston Featuring Deborah Cox.

The accuser had to discredit her in some kind of way. He wanted to harm her good reputation. He couldn’t stand her because she had everything he once had and lost it. The accuser wanted to silence her, but Whitney kept on singing. She sang the gospel too. Read More
