Whitney Houston’s Smile

Wikipedia

Have you heard the news lately? I guess M.A.C. Stands for Make-Up Art Cosmetics. There is some talk about Whitney Houston with a new make-up line. It is said according to Pat Houston, Whitney’s sister-n-law that Whitney had previously wanted to evolve into the cosmetics industry. It’s amazing how things can happen for people when they are not here. Maybe Whitney Houston said a little prayer for her family and others to be blessed before she left… Hear more ..

Whitney Houston - Better Place

You know Whitney said a lot of things for us to remember. She said: The world talk about me. I love y’all, but I don’t live for y’all. …. When you’re older, you learn what it’s about to relax and enjoy. You’re not so young; not so eager. Some of the mistakes you made are gone. They’re over!”

It's Whitney

You can say what you want to say, but Whitney Houston was a soul sister. They could never get the story right about her. Saint or sinner. Winner or looser. Even though she was the best, they were always putting her to the test. Whitney was different from the rest.

She didn’t want to leave us. She didn’t volenteer. Whintey was called out. It was time to go home. She was peculiar with her talent. Whitney was strong and could stand alone. She didn’t need competition and wasn’t selfish for herself. Although sometimes I think she should have been because of the way she was treated. Whitney needed to live her life. She needed time to herself. Whitney didn’t try to hurt or take from nobody. She seemed to be a giving person regardless of those demons. Whitney had love. It was just the Prince of power of the air always meddling in our lives. Doing his job.

You know Whitney had a throne. She was the queen, and that old devil was always trying to knock her off. He didn’t want nobody to rule or do nothing because he wants to be the ruler of all. But that’s not what was intended to be. Whitney was born with a purpose. We all are. I don’t know where Whitney is, but if she’s in heaven, she made great headlines up there.

Life is not easy. Whitney was maturing. She had to grow. She was learning things that those tabliod writers didn’t know. The good book or else they wouldn’t have written some of the things that they wrote. We reap what we sow. But all can be forgiven. Whitney kept living until it was time to go. …..

Whitney Houston - It Was In God's Plan

God knows best. Yes, it was in God's plan. It was in God's plan. Whitney Houston asked her music director Rickey Minor about changing the National Anthem in a way that words could linger. Whitney performed the National Anthem like no one else did before. I believe that God was with her there. It was God that gave Whitney Houston her great singing talent.

Rickey Minor the director, Clive Davis the producer, Whitney Houston the singer, and God is so much more. When the crowd booed Whitney Houston at the Soul Train Awards, I knew that she was God's child. I asked God about it, and he said, "She was a wealthy woman."

Wealth can mean a lot of things in the Lord. Everything we have is a gift from God. Whitney had money, but she also had gifts and talents and maybe some hidden abilities too. Maybe she had things she didn't know she had. Maybe she could do some things she didn't know she could do.

Although Whitney Houston had trials, I'm glad that she knew the Lord, and that she was seeking him. It's not easy in the spotlight of the world.

Whitney had fame and fortune, but all the glory and the honor and the praise belongs to God. We can't out live him, and we can't live without him.

Whitney said before she left us, "I'm gonna go see Jesus."

Whitney Houston - Speaking for Self

Today's topic is Whitney Houston - Speaking for Self.  We don't see the whole aspect of a person's life in Hollywood. But we know that with Whitney Houston, things were good and not so good. There are gaps sometimes in between. Though she was a mega-star. Though she was a queen.

This was a woman they say shared an isolation with Michael Jackson. They would visit each other and sit in silence.

Whitney was asked how she wanted to be remembered. She said, " They are going to remember me how they want to remember me anyway. They are going to write books. They are going to write this, and they are going to write that, and everybody is going to have their own idea."

(singing)
Each individual has got to live so they will know. Not telling what you heard. You can't express the spoken words. .....

There Could Have Been A Bodyguard 2 (ONE MORE Time for Love)

I'm Gail Nobles and You're listening to Movies Unmade. Today's topic is "There Could Have Been a Bodyguard 2"

We've seen The Bodyguard It is a 1992 Romantic thriller film directed by Mick Jackson, and Produced by Kevin Costner and Jim Wilson, and starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. The film was written by Lawrence Kasdan.

Now lets talk about the characters. Rachel, played by Whitney Houston, is an Academy Award -- nominated actress and music superstar who is being sent death threats by a stalker. Frank, played by Kevin Costner, was formally a secret service agent who protected Rachel.

It would have been nice to see a Bodyguard 2 film starring Whitney Houston & Keven Costner. What would have made a 2nd movie of it interesting is to see Rachel save Frank. It would have been fun to see Rachel shoot guns during a time when Frank could have been out numbered by several bad guys. They could have been a team.

In the Bodyguard movie, Rachel and Frank leaves each other in the end kissing goodbye. It would have been nice to see them in A Bodyguard 2 movie escaping together. The movie could have been a film with more action than the first. I would have loved to have seen Frank and Rachel together one more time starring Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner.

Whitney Houston left us with such a great memory. Thank you Kevin Costner for choosing her. I wish I could see you both just one more time .........

Whitney - The First Lady of Song

Whitney Houston's debut album titled Whitney Houston is the first album by a female artist and new artist to yield three No. 1 singles - "Saving All My Love for You", "How Will I Know", and "Greatest Love of All". Whitney Houston's album was released in 1985. It topped the Billboard 200 for 14 weeks in 1986.

On that album, "The Greatest Love of All" is the first song to hit my mind when I think of Whitney, but not the only song. The song was composed by Michael Masser and Linda Creed wrote the lyrics. To me, it's a very special and spiritual song. Whitney Houston is called the First Lady of song, and she is also called the voice......
