Today, I’m thinking of Whitney Houston once again. To me, she had elegance and strength when I first saw her. I was excited when I first heard her music and all the world around me. Whitney was like a hero in music. We needed the kind of music Whitney had for us. She was a soulful singer from the church, but it wasn’t just about soulfulness. I learned that from the spirit of the LORD and hearing His voice that there is more to it than soulfulness. The Heavenly Father should know. He made music and he made Whitney.
